Diversity monitoring at EW Group – how we’re doing
We walk our talk when it comes to diversity monitoring and metrics. We’re committed to having a team of staff and consultants who fairly and properly reflect the diversity of the clients that we work with, and the diversity of the UK as a whole. This isn’t limited to the nine protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010, either. We also take the time to consider and report on important factors like education, class and social background.
In 2016 we designed a leading-edge online Diversity Monitoring survey, in collaboration with a group of our consultants. And we’ve committed to reporting the results every year. You can find the latest results below.
