NHS Stockport CCG
Co-creating and delivering a three-year organisational development plan
Faced with seismic changes in the health sector locally and nationally, the CCG was clear that they did not want a standard curriculum. Instead, they were looking to co-create a dynamic, bespoke programme that properly took their organisation and their people into account.
Our current programme features sessions tailored to both board members and senior managers on:
- Strategic thinking
- Inclusive leadership
- Unconscious bias in decision-making
- Cultural intelligence and intercultural competence
- Managing conflict in procurement
- Inter-agency working
We also delivered a series of bite-size learning manuals to board members via our e-learning platform. These included practical guides to unconscious bias and the interviewing process.
We have been working with NHS Stockport CCG (and formerly Stockport NHS Foundation Trust) on a regular basis since 2010.
In addition to the board development work, we have also delivered targeted facilitated sessions for the senior management team.
