Mental Health First Aid Training Course: 12th-13th February 2018

Our Mental Health First Aid training course will equip your designated wellbeing champions with the skills and confidence to spot the early signs of mental health conditions, so that they can support staff and signpost them to the expert care they need.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally-recognised training course, designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

By the end of the two-day course, delegates will become certified Mental Health First Aiders.

Ruth Cooper-Dickson Workplace Wellbeing

 

Our Mental Health First Aid training course leader – Ruth Cooper-Dickson

Ruth is a hands-on wellbeing specialist, focused on practical outcomes. A practising Mental Health First Aider, she has worked with over 500 individuals and has lived experience of a mental health condition. She is a thought leader in the wellbeing space: from publishing articles on mental wellbeing at work, speaking at breakfast roundtable events (including at the House of Lords) and delivering keynote talks on stress-free living. She has partnered with companies like Zurich Insurance, London South Bank University, The Collective, PwC and BLP LLP, supporting them on their employee wellbeing journey.
