She supports clients by reviewing policies and by designing and delivering diversity training programmes. Caroline has a proactive approach and works in collaboration with her clients. She enjoys working at all levels to help individuals, teams and organisations to identify their strengths and then how they can make the most of their abilities. She is especially passionate about gender diversity, working to empower women and help companies retain their best talent.
