Organisational Development Specialist
Helen Newman is an experienced senior manager with a track record of strategic and operational delivery at a national level in local government, health and the Civil Service. Helen focuses on engaging partners and stakeholders to deliver shared ambitions, leading and enabling transformational change and driving forward corporate and cross-system initiatives. Her previous roles include developing a talent management strategy across the public health system, working with organisations at national, regional and local level in the NHS, local government, Civil Service and charity sectors. Helen is an experienced facilitator and member of the EW Group ILM Level 7 tutor group. She is an associate member of SOLACE (Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers) and a Trustee of the MedicAlert Foundation UK and Ireland.
