Diversity and Organisational Development Specialist
Helen specialises in the design, delivery and facilitation of equality, diversity and inclusion training and development interventions for leaders and managers. She has over 20 years’ experience of undertaking structured needs analysis and identifying appropriate solutions to address diversity issues and meet specific business needs. As an experienced facilitator, Helen has regularly run policy training and team building sessions within the private, public and voluntary sector. She has also been involved in several national diversity research projects. She also led De Montfort University to becoming of one of just eight UK universities to win an award for advancing race equality in higher education. Helen has led EW Group courses on unconscious bias, leadership development, equality and diversity, recruitment and selection, Equality Impact Assessment, and managing harassment. Her clients include the Metropolitan Police Service, University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust, the East Midlands Academic Health Science Network, City University and Unite the Union. She has also developed e-learning programmes for the likes of Crossrail, the London Deanery and Mansell.
