Inclusion Auditor and Unconscious Bias Trainer
Jo Heath brings considerable experience across all sectors to her diversity training design, delivery and facilitation. She has overseen a number of our recent diversity, inclusive leadership and unconscious bias programmes. These include bespoke diversity and inclusion elearning programmes for Harvey Nash and Highways England, and in-person training at London Borough of Havering, Unison, Veolia, the National Union of Teachers and Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Jo was also a lead consultant on our inclusive leadership programme for senior managers at Santander. Jo regularly works with businesses carrying out complex inclusion audits and impact assessments, and assists them in developing and appraising their diversity schemes and policies. She is the principal consultant for our Diversity in Business Accreditation (DiBA). Her DiBA clients include Simpson Millar LLP and Amicus Horizon. Her other inclusion auditing clients include Ernst and Young, Investors in People and the Cabinet Office.
