Executive Coach and Facilitator
Mandy Hetherton is an organisational development consultant, accredited executive coach and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in the field. Passionate about helping people and organisations to discover their strengths and face their challenges, she works regularly with leaders and managers across the public, private and voluntary sectors. Her approach is informed by positive psychology and belief in her clients’ capacity for change. She particularly enjoys coaching people through career transitions, and working with leadership teams to help them work more effectively within complex systems. She recently facilitated a team away-day for mid-level managers at the Firefighters Charity to build engagement with the business plan and increase organisational effectiveness. Mandy recently provided intensive action learning to build leadership capacity in a new team of Assistant Chief Executives at DLNR Community Rehabilitation Company, during their transition from public to private ownership. She also designed a values-based leadership, coaching and action learning programme for mid-level managers at BGSW Community Rehabilitation Company. In addition to diversity consultancy, Mandy also regularly coaches on our ILM Level 7-accredited Appledore Leadership programme.
“My coaching was a fantastic and enlightening experience. I learned so much and was able to accept things about myself in a positive way that I had previously viewed as negative in terms of management and leadership style and skills.”
Caterina Fagg, Senior Probation Manager at West Yorkshire Community Rehabilitation Company
