She oversees all of our client relationships and ensures our diversity practice remains cutting-edge, promoting the work of EW Group in the UK and internationally. Rachael has led senior team sessions on inclusive leadership and unconscious bias for: adidas Group in Italy; Ubisoft in Sweden; and for Genworth Financial and British Land Plc in London.
