Executive Coach and Facilitator

Renae Mann delivers executive coaching, training, facilitation and briefing sessions for senior management teams. After working at the London Borough of Lambeth and the British Refugee Council, she often supports strategic partnership working, public policy development and service design in social services, criminal justice and charities. She has recently provided coaching at the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Livability and JBW Group Ltd. She also facilitated action learning sets as part of our innovative diversity mentoring programme at the BBC. Renae has also led research projects to document the impact of policy changes in excluding and disadvantaging particular social groups, for example those seeking asylum. She is skilled in using social research to negotiate policy change which is inclusive and sustainable. Renae is also a coach for our ILM accredited leadership development programmes: the Level 5 Award and the Level 7 Certificate in Leadership and Management.
