Workplace Wellbeing and Inclusion Specialist

Ruth Cooper-Dickson is a wellbeing and inclusion specialist who has partnered and supported global organisations on their diversity and wellbeing journey. Hosting Mental Health First Aid training, events and holistic consultancy projects, she has become a respected thought leader on positive mental wellbeing in the workplace, regularly delivering talks and publishing articles on the subject. An expert in inclusive leadership and building inclusive cultures, her recent EW Group clients include adidas (UK and South Europe), BuroHappold and Harvey Nash. She holds an Equality Practitioner Certificate and attended the Cranfield Women as Leaders Programme. Ruth has been published in Recruitment International, INFO (the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain’s bi-monthly magazine) and Semple Magazine as a thought leader on diversity and inclusion. She has also been featured in the Times, and as a guest on the ‘We’re All Mad Here’ podcast. With her own lived experience of the negative impact of mental health in the workplace, Ruth is not only a practising Mental Health First Aider, but she is also passionate about involving everyone in the discussion about raising mental health awareness.
