"Ruth has facilitated workshops for our PurpleSpace members (disabled employee network leads). Our members are a vibrant and buzzy group full of ideas and energy to support disabled people to 'get on' at work, not just 'get in'. Ruth has the rare knack of being able to grab thoughts and then translate them into meaningful recommendations for us. She gets things done and she helps us to have fun along the way."
