Diversity and Leadership Specialist
Ruth Overton is a specialist in diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, and leadership through change. Highly adept at helping individuals and organisations communicate more effectively, she is trained in conflict resolution and mediation, with a particular interest in how conflict manifests itself in organisations. Ruth has designed and delivered training on building teams and leadership to the Scottish Police, various NHS Trusts and Hospitals, a number of local authorities and London boroughs, and charities like the Salvation Army. She is currently part of the project team for our bespoke Fairness at Work Advisor training programme at the Metropolitan Police Service. Ruth is a qualified coach and facilitator of the MBTI and Hay 360. She has worked as a training consultant in strategic conference planning and multi-agency networking facilitation. Ruth is currently studying the D10 Masters course (Consulting and Leading in Organisations: Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches) at the Tavistock Centre in London.
