Diversity and Organisational Development Specialist
Samantha has over ten years of learning and development experience, and specialist expertise in designing and delivering organisational development, change management, business transformation and employee engagement within the public sector. She is proficient in undertaking diagnostics and preparing action plans, making full use of her past experience as a Business Development Adviser, IIP Assessor and innovative coach and mentor. As Workforce Development and Engagement Manager at Harrow Council, Samantha contributed to a number of organisation-wide transformation programmes: resulting in significant cost savings and organisational improvement (Leadership and Management, Consolidation of Business Services and Flexible Working), while ensuring strong and supportive staff engagement. Most recently, Samantha worked as People Workstream Lead at Transport for London, on an OD workforce planning project designed to rebalance the workforce and build capacity and capability to improve efficiency and contribute towards corporate savings targets. Samantha’s work with EW Group has included providing training delivery – on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Equality Impact Assessment – as well as diversity audits to the likes of London Borough of Havering Council, Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the Chartered Insurance Institute and London South Bank University.
