Health Sector Leadership and Change Management Specialist
Sue is an executive coach and health sector development specialist, with a particular interest in culture change. She recently worked as interim Leadership and Culture Lead at Lincolnshire Health and Care, and has worked at the forefront of health and social care policy across various Trusts, Commissioning Services and Clinical Commissioning Groups. She has recently been accepted as a Specialist Advisor supporting the CQC on inspections. Her recent EW Group work includes delivering unconscious bias training workshops at University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust. Sue is a former Head of Organisation Development for an NHS Trust in Leicestershire, where she was responsible for implementing an Equalities Strategy and the Race for Health Programme. In 2013, Sue developed an elearning package for Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (Leading and Embedding Change) to prepare senior managers for new roles with CCGs. She has also previously consulted for the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement on their Productive Series. Sue's expertise in change management is complemented by her skills in organisational coaching. She has previously delivered leadership coaching and collaborative team events to Clinical Leads, supporting CCGs working towards authorisation. Sue has coached teams to improve strategic clarity and performance, and individuals for robust development and transition. She previously worked as a National Homelessness Advisor, and an Investigator for Operation Yewtree.
