Victoria Dale is a highly accomplished diversity and inclusion consultant with extensive experience working across the public, private and voluntary sectors. Her key areas of specialism are Diversity Diagnostics and Audits, Equality Impact Assessments, Research and Analysis and Inclusive Cultures training. She has conducted audits for a wide range of organisations including Dentsu, Make-A-WishOnfido, Doddle and 2020 Delivery, the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), and eQuality Solutions (eQS). Her past work of delivering diversity diagnostics and audits spans across professional services, engineering, transport, retail, technology, digital marketing, and voluntary sectors.

 

Victoria’s enthusiasm, passion and vast knowledge of diversity and inclusion shines through her training and facilitation. She is always keen to inspire, engage and encourage everyone’s participation and help deliver real positive results through an evidence-led approach based on best practice.

Victoria has designed and delivered bespoke training on recruitment and selection, unconscious bias and equality impact assessments. Victoria’s practical style means she is well-versed in providing pragmatic recommendations on how to challenge unconscious bias in the workplace. Victoria has delivered EW courses in Building Inclusive Cultures for RSA, British Horseracing Authority, Make-A-Wish, British Orthopaedic Training Association, and Halfords. Victoria is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Additionally, she has delivered general diversity and inclusion courses to a wide array of clients.
