Diversity and Organisational Development Specialist
Victoria is a highly accomplished diversity and inclusion consultant. She supports clients in the public and private sectors to identify and implement practical, meaningful measures to address diversity issues within and outside the workplace. After working in economic development for eight years, Victoria brings an in-depth understanding of the barriers people of different protected characteristics face in terms of employment, business growth and the built environment. She has consulted across a number of different industries, including STEM, logistics and professional services. Victoria specialises in undertaking independent reviews of Equality Impact Assessments, conducting research and evaluation, and training and facilitating on a range of diversity issues. She also develops and reviews equality schemes, and produces good practice guidance on Equality Impact Assessment, Delivering Accessible Events and Building Diversity and Inclusion in Procurement.
