Inclusive Leadership and Wellbeing Specialist

Vix Anderton specialises in inclusive leadership, with a focus on gender, as well as workplace wellbeing. She brings core expertise in leadership and operational management through her work in the international development sector and as a Royal Air Force intelligence officer. She is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations achieve meaningful and sustainable change through evidence-based research, practical planning, red-teaming and coaching. She is passionate about gender diversity, working to both empower individual women and to help large organisations achieve their diversity goals. Vix’s work on women, peace and security – particularly gender mainstreaming in the military – has been published by Chatham House and the Royal United Services Institute. She has spoken at high-profile events including the Feminism in London conference and the Women of the World Conference. An accredited Mental Health First Aider, life coach and yoga teacher, Vix also leads our one-day Workplace Wellbeing training for managers to raise mental health awareness at work.
