Yasir Samir has 22 years of experience in consulting and leadership coaching in a wide range of industries – including healthcare, finance, oil and gas, and telecommunications – in the UK, Australia and Japan. An engaging facilitator and qualified executive coach, he works with senior leadership teams to challenge entrenched thinking and deliver real, results-driven improvements in culture, inclusion and strategy. His previous clients include adidas Group, RSA Group and Verizon. A former Chief Information Officer at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, Yasir specialises in organisational transformation through managed cultural change. He has also been an executive-level lead on valuing diversity at the NHS, and was part of the executive leadership team that set up HealthDirect Australia, a healthcare information service similar to NHS Choices in the UK but staffed by triage nurses.
