Aduke is a leadership, diversity, and inclusion consultant. Her work has had a global client reach, partnering with organisations at various stages of their diversity and inclusion journeys to design, deliver and advance D&I programmes that foster wellbeing, innovation, and productivity.
Aduke’s past clients include Amazon, Saudi Aramco, NatWest Bank, Barclays, Royal Mencap Society, National Trust, Africa Development Bank, American Express, MAPP, and Gecko for Google. Aduke has experience of combining research led diversity and inclusion strategies with change management and project management methodologies to produce tangible, measurable and scalable progress. She holds a breadth of knowledge in increasing leadership competency and active allyship through partnerships with learning and development teams to create curriculums and content that supports the growth of leaders and allies through education.
Aduke originally trained as a barrister and, with an extensive career in large-scale project management, she offers a blend of scholarly D&I knowledge with practical project and change management know-how to move organisations from diversity ambitions to realities.
