Andrea Oforma is a Project Manager at EW Group and Challenge Consultancy. Andrea joined Challenge Consultancy in June 2021 as an Administration Officer and subsequently joined our Project Management team in 2022.
In her role, Andrea is responsible for managing our client’s projects from end-to-end, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services and training. She works closely with our consultant team to plan and deliver our client projects, identifying resourcing needs and reviewing delegate evaluations. Andrea enjoys seeing the positive impact the work EW Group and Challenge Consultancy delivers has in each organisation.
With a background in administration roles, Andrea previously worked for a legal firm supporting its directors and senior leadership team. Prior to that, she was a Safeguarding Officer for a not-for-profit organisation, ensuring that each volunteer had completed the necessary checks and met the company criteria.
