Enya’s collaborative, compassionate and creative approach to driving social change has been recognised on local and national levels for 10 years. She has completed PhD on gender diversity and inclusion in music-making, which reflects her commitment to scrutinising the often subtle and underlying forms of exclusion embedded in practice, policy and organisational culture.

Enya has a track record of delivering effective workshops on wellbeing in Higher Education and devising and implementing a first-of-its-kind peer mentoring scheme. As a qualified Mental Health First Aider and Time To Change mental health Champion, Enya translates her deep knowledge of wellbeing and mental health into supporting the organisations with which she works to enact positive change. Her client portfolio includes Durham University, the University of York, the Royal Musical Association, and the National Youth Choirs of Great Britain. Enya has presented her research on gender diversity in the UK, Australia and the United States.

Enya takes a pragmatic approach to leading what are often perceived to be difficult and uncomfortable conversations. Enya enjoys working at all levels, whether that is one to one, with small teams or on an organisational-wide level.
