She is a proactive ‘smart-doer’ with 26 years of experience in driving and facilitating meaningful personal and business transformations. Passionate about people, purpose, and making a difference, she is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, focusing not on resources but on resourcefulness.

Roosmarijn is a builder of bridges, thought provoker and a critical friend, and a culturally competent DEI advocate, celebrating our differences. Roosmarijn has in-depth knowledge of intercultural issues from her time working and living in different parts of the world including Asia, Europe, United States, and Africa. As a Certified partner of Trompenaars Hampden Turner, she specialises in developing intercultural competence in global businesses.

Her recent experience includes a role as DEI lead in a large academic institution and involvement in a large-scale effort to create a more inclusive and respectful workplace at a mining organisation in East Asia and Pacific.
