Sue Browning specialises in leadership and organisation transformation, working to improve individual, team and organisational performance through executive coaching, consultancy and leadership training and development. Her work grounds modern thinking in practical realities, drawing on her own high-level leadership experiences as both the CEO of the national charity, the Spinal Injuries Association, and Deputy CEO of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
Sue is a qualified executive coach and holds a Masters in Management Practice. She has undertaken extensive leadership development, including the top leaders course at Ashridge, the Cabinet Office led Public Services Leadership Scheme and the Duke of Edinburgh’s commonwealth leadership programme. She is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
