Zara is a certified executive coach and has worked globally with a range of businesses and senior leaders, as well as emerging and young leaders. Her energetic, professional, and results-oriented approach – paired with her passion for equality, diversity, and inclusion – has been critical to her diverse portfolio of D&I roles and projects on which she has worked. Zara is passionate about the extraordinary benefits that diversity and inclusion bring to business and society. She seeks to provide leaders with a deeper understanding of D&I and bias with respect to the personal and business benefits, and to help them develop strategies on how to avoid potential pitfalls, ultimately incentivising action. 

Zara’s experience includes global commercial roles as well as functional specialist roles in Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, Organisational Development and Organisational Effectiveness. Her areas of expertise include Organisational Development, Talent Management, Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Cultures, Conscious Inclusion, Change Agility, Performance Enablement, Mentoring, Sponsorship and Mental Health & Wellbeing. One of her defining approaches is to work with managers and leaders as key levers of change with a view to creating the systemic conditions for success.

Zara works across multiple sectors with clients such as the NHS, Boston Consulting Group, McArthur Glen, Bishop Fleming, The White Company and Monica Vinader, and has supported those organisations in their development of more inclusive cultures through discovery, strategy, education, and coaching. Zara is also a mentor for young people supporting them with the knowledge, network, skills, and confidence they need to succeed.
