Within the hour, this session will cover understanding the importance of individual wellbeing to the organisation and practical self-care:
- Resilience and managing stress: understanding how stress affects us physically and mentally
- Self-care: understanding your natural rhythms
- Mind: meditation and mindfulness
- Action-planning: what will you do to support your own wellbeing?
