Annie Hedge co-founded EW Group in 1992. She has over 25 years of experience in delivering consultancy and training across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Specialising in diversity and leadership theory and application, she regularly coaches senior executives to develop their management approach. Annie has facilitated leadership development sessions at Santander and worked with a wide variety of organisations – from the Fabian Society to CIFAS and Ferrovial. She has delivered development programmes for the BBC, Transport for London, the Metropolitan Police Service, Lloyds Register, and the World Confederation for Physical Therapy, among others.
Annie is also the lead consultant on our work with the NHS, and co-produced their Equality and Diversity Leadership Competency Framework. Annie is a qualified executive coach, and a member of the ILM, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a former Member of the London Central Employment Tribunals, and a former trustee of Citizen’s Advice. She is currently the Chair of the Rights of Women, a national charity that delivers a range of high quality and accessible services aimed at increasing women’s understanding of the law and their ability to seek justice.
