Diversity and Inclusion Consultant
Caroline Arnold has significant experience in equality, diversity and inclusion, and unconscious bias. Caroline has a proactive approach, working in collaboration with clients. She’s provided diversity training to over 50 organisations, including the British multinational company, Johnson Matthey, specialising in sustainable technologies.
Caroline has also supported a range of other reputable organisations, including Bishop Fleming, Dyson, Magnox, British Land, Sky, Dounreay Site Restoration, Civil Aviation Authority, Gazprom, La Marzocco, Smurfit Kappa, University of West England, NHS East of England, and Local Government Association. She’s also designed diversity and inclusion e-learning modules for PRS for Music and Saint Gobain.
