Diversity, Organisational Development and HR Specialist
Clare works with public, private and third sector organisations to build their understanding of practical commitments to diversity and inclusion through their approach to organisational development, HR practice and employee engagement. She mixes a dynamic and engaging style with a practical commitment to making a difference in people’s lives. This extends to the customers her clients work with and the people who work for her clients.
Clare specialises in reviewing HR practices and supporting clients through challenging HR situations, ensuring values, integrity and inclusivity are at the heart of decisions. She also works with clients to develop effective Equality Impact Assessment systems that both meet legal requirements and are relevant in an organisation. Her legal background ensures she keeps clients up to date from an equalities and HR perspective. Clients include: Urenco, Unite the Union, Johnson Mathey, The Houses of Parliament, Health Education England, London Ambulance Service, K&L Gates LLP, Port of Tyne and a variety of Universities and Social Housing Providers.
She also specialises in disability issues including awareness training, consultancy and audits. Clare has lived experience of a disability, which brings an important insight into her work on disability accessibility and inclusion.
