Clare Mulligan EW Group Consultant Unconscious Bias Diversity Inclusion

Clare Mulligan-Foster

Diversity and Inclusive Leadership Specialist

Clare Mulligan-Foster is a business psychologist who specialises in diversity and inclusion. She has considerable experience in unconscious bias training and inclusive leadership development. She is passionate on sharing her knowledge of neuropsychology and helping people to understand how the human mind works, so that they are then motivated to challenge their own biases and be consciously inclusive.

Before qualifying as a psychologist, Clare worked for over 20 years in senior roles in the financial services sector. She now mixes her business experience and psychological theory to understand the challenges faced by organisations and help develop the best solutions. Her strengths lie in being able to apply psychological theory and best practice to organisational needs. Her experience can ensure that any interventions are based on academic evidence, practitioner best practice and the context of business needs.

Clients describe Clare as engaging, passionate and professional. She has worked with a range of clients, including the Civil Service, the public sector, professional services and small businesses, and can readily adapt her style and knowledge to suit the context. Clare regularly speaks at conferences and corporate events. Her EW Group clients include: Bouygues UK and the British Property Federation.
