Helen Newman is an expert in organisational and leadership development enabling teams to work more effectively together to deliver shared ambitions. Helen’s recent clients include the Metropolitan Police Service where she helped the UK’s largest police force understand the effects of hidden bias on decision-making. Helen has also worked closely with the Fire Fighters Charity offering coaching services. She’s also more recently worked with the Greater London Authority delivering unconscious bias training and facilitation for senior management.
She is an experienced trainer for our ILM courses, with her approachable manner ensuring our open courses are engaging leaving participants with lots of food for thought.
Helen is also Chair Trustee of MedicAlert Foundation, a global charity that provides assurance and lifesaving support to thousands worldwide. She’s worked with Public Health England and the Department of Health engaging partners and key stakeholders to deliver joint goals and cross-sector initiatives.
