Diversity and Organisational Development Consultant
Helen Webb specialises in the design, delivery and facilitation of equality, diversity and inclusion training and development interventions for leaders and managers. She has over 20 years’ experience of undertaking structured needs analysis and identifying appropriate solutions to address diversity issues and meet specific business needs.
As an experienced facilitator, Helen has regularly run policy training and team building sessions within the private, public and voluntary sector. She has also been involved in several national diversity research projects. She also led De Montfort University to becoming of one of just eight UK universities to win an award for advancing race equality in higher education. Helen has led EW Group courses on unconscious bias, leadership development, equality and diversity, recruitment and selection, Equality Impact Assessment, and managing harassment.
Her clients include the Metropolitan Police Service, England Cricket Board, Newham Health Collaborative, NCG, Magnox and Urenco. She has also undertaken equality audits for a range of organisations including Reiss and Govia Thameslink. Helen is one of the course leaders for our ILM Level 4 Award in Managing Equality and Diversity in an Organisation, accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
