Jenny has a strong foundation in employee relations and organisational development and has worked within the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
She has experience of multiple change management projects of varying sizes and has worked within and set up shared services. Jenny is also a non-legal member for the Employment Tribunal Service.
A strong advocate of recognising and utilising people’s strengths and of the principle that work should be enjoyable and workplaces healthy in every aspect, Jenny has worked at a senior level for the last 10 years, supporting organisations to take a fully inclusive approach to strategy, leadership, employee relations and change. Clients include Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service, The Kennel Club, British Trust for Ornithology, Gyroscope Therapeutics and a range of local authorities.
