Cultural Conflict Specialist and IDI Assessor
Julius Erolin is an equalities lawyer, mediator and cultural adaptability trainer. He has experience across the public, private and charitable sectors of supporting organisations through difficult change processes. He also works with challenging individual and group conflicts, with the aim of increasing team cohesion and performance. He brings particular expertise in facilitating difficult conversations, and is a specialist consultant in using the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) framework. Julius has worked on major projects at EW Group since 2010. His clients include NHS Stockport Clinical Commissioning Group, Santander, Network Rail, the National Union of Teachers, Livability and the Law Society of Scotland.
