Diversity and Inclusion Specialist
Naomi has a background in senior management across a range of sectors, including luxury retail, financial services and the art world. Her significant experience of coaching and facilitating in global organisations enables Naomi to support businesses to create sustainable cultures specifically focused around Diversity and Inclusion. She brings considerable energy to her work and invites her clients into a creative, flexible space to really effect change. She has vast experience of organisations in transition and working with and coaching globally dispersed clients.
Whether working in a group situation or one-to-one, she enables her clients to explore how they can have more influence in the way they operate. This often comprises of incorporating a detailed review of the way individuals function and their assumptions about their business, colleagues and themselves.
Most recently, she has worked with a FTSE top 30 business to support greater representation of BAME and LGBT+ employees through the implementation of a Reverse Mentoring programme.
Before moving to HR, Naomi worked in Sales, Education and Retail & Wholesale organisations.
