Diversity and HR Specialist
Sam started her career in work rehabilitation services for adults with long-term mental ill-health. She offered practical support alongside “work readiness” programmes. Sam has nearly 20 years experience in both HR and training, with experience working across all sectors. Sam has supported many organisations to create a positive approach to diversity and improve their equal opportunities. She has done this through a mix of consultancy and practical hands-on training for the Board of Directors to frontline employees.
Sam has worked with large national organisations and charities on projects to enhance customer service for guests with a disability. Additionally, supporting smaller businesses to attract and retain the very best employees through positive diversity initiatives. Sam loves to work with teams at all levels to help them work out how best to create an inclusive, positive and empowering culture for everyone in an organisation.
