Diversity and Organisational Development Consultant
Victoria Dale is a highly accomplished diversity and inclusion consultant with extensive experience working across the public, private and voluntary sectors. She has supported clients on both strategic and operational programmes, including co-authoring the Mayor of London’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy Evidence Base. Victoria has also carried out an Equality Impact Assessment for a major train station programme as part of the Trans Pennine Route upgrade.
Victoria’s enthusiasm, passion and vast knowledge of diversity and inclusion shines through her training and facilitation. She is always keen to inspire, engage and encourage everyone’s participation and help deliver real positive results. She’s designed and delivered bespoke training on recruitment and selection, providing measurable actions to attract a diverse workforce. Victoria’s practical style means she is well-versed in providing pragmatic recommendations on how to challenge unconscious bias in the workplace. Victoria has delivered EW courses in Building Inclusive Cultures for RSA and is currently working with Halfords to design and deliver an Inclusive Cultures course across their Stores and Autocentres. Victoria is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Additionally, she’s delivered general diversity and inclusion courses to a wide array of clients.
Her interactive, supportive and fun approach means participants are always kept on their toes with challenging and exciting activities that inspire and empower staff to identify practical applications of their new-found diversity knowledge at work. Previous clients include the Greater London Authority, Network Rail, Financial Conduct Authority, Big Lottery Fund, University of Brighton, PPIY Architects, Portsmouth City Council and St Christopher’s Inn in London.
