Winston Ben Clements is a specialist in Diversity and Inclusion with an emphasis on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, recruitment and selection. He is passionate about supporting the world’s leading organisations to deliver cultural change that is truly inclusive.

Winston was born with a condition known as brittle bones disorder and has experienced over 200 fractures in his lifetime. Furthermore, he is 3 feet in stature and uses a wheelchair for mobility. Despite all this, Winston has taken a stand for a quality of life that knows no excuses and no limits.

He is an award-winning speaker, whose inspiring and practical sessions continue to have transformational effects on corporate culture and performance. Winston is also a highly sought-after trainer and consultant whose work has positioned him as one of the leading shapers of diversity and inclusion strategy. Prior to entering the world of D&I, Winston spent the best part of a decade working in the tech industry after graduating with a degree in Computer Science.

Winston is a board member at Midland Mencap, a UK charity for people with learning disabilities. He is also a mentor at Migrant Leaders, a charity supporting and equipping young people from a migrant background with career skills and knowledge.
