Managing Equality and Diversity in an Organisation
Diversity issues at work are never far from the headlines. Our ILM Level 4 courses − Managing Equality and Diversity in an Organisation − draw on three decades of experience in the field. This includes running open management training courses and in-house development programmes across the public, private and charitable sectors. We are an Institute of Leadership and Management Approved Centre.
With the enforced change to our working environments due to Covid-19 our ILM courses are now fully digital. You can become accredited in diversity and inclusion whilst you work remotely. You will still have one-to-one support from the EW Group Course Leader through pre- and post-course coaching calls, as well as the addition of access to our award-winning e-learning as a pre-course resource and delivery of the content via webinar sessions. The pre-course coaching will kick off the course, with weekly sessions.
You’ll leave the course with a deep understanding of how to manage D&I in your organisation and have access to ongoing support and idea-sharing through our new online community platform with the other delegates and the EW Group team.
