'This course was both thought-provoking and encouraging. Accepting that some stereotypes are automatic, unintentional, universal, and that they do influence our behaviours means you are in a better position to create the tools needed to adjust patterns of thinking (for you and your organisation). It's a great initial first step in creating a more diverse workplace and more inclusive recruitment practices'- Gemma Hanham, People Advisor at Smart Energy GB

'It's so important to understand how unconscious bias can creep into your decision-making process without you realising. If you can recognise it in yourself, you can challenge others and encourage best practice to follow. Many thanks to Teresa Norman our trainer for the day - I would highly recommend this course to all."- Amber Hunt, Lead Talent Consultant at Marshall Wolfe
