I would definitely recommend the EW Group’s Inclusive Recruitment training. The session provided a time to reflect on our own biases, but also to analyse how we recruit as a company. It gave us a safe space to discuss and commit to measures we can consciously put in place to widen our pool of candidates. Giving our hiring managers tools to carry out better selection processes, including interviews, is key for us. This one-day course was engaging, relevant and timely.
