“EW Group worked with the GLA as a partner to deliver masterclasses to senior leaders on recognising and overcoming bias.  This was a high profile audience and the design of the programmes was key.  I valued the partnership approach that EW Group colleagues took to the design phase and how they listened carefully to the feedback and context.

The outcome was that the workshops were very well received with positive feedback which allowed us to make the case for a much wider rollout to all staff to support an inclusive culture.  The standard of facilitation was high for all the events and left most participants wanting more.  As a new HRD to the GLA this piece of work was hugely positive in relation to building our case for greater investment in the D&I agenda. This work followed the specialist consultancy they provided ahead of my arrival in the GLA to support the GLA Family in the creation of a set of D&I Standards which we have woven into our programme of work going forward.”
