Amanda Ariss OBE is a recognised expert in equality, diversity and inclusion. With over 20 years’ experience, she specialises in diversity audits, strategy, communications, and research and analysis, and has a proven track record of improving organizational performance.
Amanda has worked with a wide range of clients in the UK and US. Some of her recent projects include diversity audits for Kobalt Music and Trinity Global and a learning and development needs analysis for employee groups at SAGE Publishing, to name a few.
Awarded an OBE in 2015 for services to diversity in the UK, Amanda is the former Executive Director of the Creative Diversity Network, where she created the first industry-wide diversity strategy for television, securing support from all the major UK broadcasters. She also launched Project Diamond, the world-leading programme for monitoring on- and off-screen diversity. Amanda was previously the Chief Executive of Equally Our, the national network of equality and human rights charities.
