She also specializes in disability issues including awareness training, consultancy and audits. Clare has lived experience of a disability, which brings an important insight into her work on disability accessibility and inclusion.
Clare specializes in reviewing HR practices and supporting clients through challenging HR situations, ensuring values, integrity and inclusivity are at the heart of decisions. She also works with clients to develop effective Equality Impact Assessment systems that both meet legal requirements and are relevant in an organization.
