Clare works with public, private and third sector organizations to build their understanding of practical commitments to diversity and inclusion through their approach to organizational development, HR practice and employee engagement. She also specializes in disability issues including awareness training, consultancy and audits. Clare has lived experience of a disability, which brings an important insight into her work on disability accessibility and inclusion.
Clare specializes in reviewing HR practices and supporting clients through challenging HR situations, ensuring values, integrity and inclusivity are at the heart of decisions. She also works with clients to develop effective Equality Impact Assessment systems that both meet legal requirements and are relevant in an organization. Her clients include: Urenco, Unite the Union, Johnson Matthey, The Houses of Parliament, Health Education England, London Ambulance Service, K&L Gates LLP, Port of Tyne and a variety of universities and social housing providers.
