Eva is an ICF certified coach and facilitator with 9 years’ experience in international talent and leadership development. She is a professional committed to helping people achieve their highest potential, health, resilience and mindfulness, building intercultural teams, cultural transformation and inclusive leadership. Eva is German, based in Portugal and works mostly for English speaking/global clients.
Eva facilitates workshops and coaching sessions for organizations worldwide like UNICEF, La Prairie, URW, Deutsche Post DHL Group, Child Helpline International, UNAIDS and more. Already in her Master’s thesis, she researched the importance of Diversity & Inclusion as a leadership task in in a family-owned manufacturing company with 20,000 employees worldwide.
