Gift is an experienced diversity and inclusion specialist and facilitator. An inclusion and equity advocate, she designs and delivers engaging unconscious bias, antiracism and inclusive cultures training programs.
Gift has worked with a range of prestigious clients around the world including Penguin Random House, Welcome Collection and Unilever. She founded and chaired the flagship network Color[full] at Penguin Random House and won the Investing in Ethnicity Top 10 BAME workplace Heroes award 2019. Gift is also a Sour Lemons MAKING LEMONADE creative leadership program Alumni and the founder of OKE London, a demi-fine jewelry brand that aims to create visibility for the Urhobo people of Nigeria who are an ethnic minority.
