Jacqueline has a wealth of business, management and leadership experience built on an initial 15-year career in banking, followed by 20 years of successfully running her own business.
Jacqueline now supports organizations as a coach, facilitator and trainer – with clients ranging from ambitious small businesses to multinationals, such as KPMG and HSBC. Jacqueline helps organizations to create a working environment that embraces D&I and respects the unique abilities and requirements of individuals. She improves individual, team and organizational performance through executive coaching, facilitation, and leadership, diversity and inclusion training.
Jacqueline’s focus is awareness raising, enabling people to think differently and to take actions that make a difference to individuals and the organization. She pays careful attention to the learning environment and often coaches while walking where the physical act of walking encourages clear thinking and facilitates change.
