Nana Umoh is a Client Solutions Manager at EW Group and Challenge Consultancy. She works closely with our clients, consultant team and project management team to create solutions for our clients’ diversity, equity and inclusion needs. Nana enjoys interacting with our diverse range of global clients and has a positive attitude focused on finding solutions and implementing positive change.
After graduating Bournemouth University with a Law degree, Nana went on to specialize in criminal defense and secured an internship at a leading criminal law firm, where she worked closely with solicitors and barristers on high profile cases. More recently, she worked for an international employability company helping unemployed people to overcome personal challenges and develop successful careers.
Nana is passionate about anti racism, allyship, women’s rights and driving meaningful change across society and in the workplace. Whilst at university, Nana pioneered ‘Sisters’ Keepers’, a group supporting ethnic minority students. She subsequently became a Board Trustee Member at the university and her involvement resulted in massive institutional change across the organization.
