Naomi has a background in senior management across a range of sectors, including luxury retail, financial services and the art world. Her coaching and facilitating experience in global organizations enables Naomi to support businesses to create sustainable cultures specifically focused around Diversity and Inclusion. She brings energy to her work and invites her clients into a creative, flexible space to effect lasting change.
Most recently, Naomi has worked with a FTSE top 30 business to support greater representation of Black, Asian and minority ethnic and LGBT+ employees through the implementation of a Reverse Mentoring program.
