Sam started her career in work rehabilitation services for adults with long-term mental ill-health. She offered practical support alongside ‘work readiness’ programs. Sam has over 20 years’ experience in both HR and training, with background across all sectors. She has supported many organizations to create a proactive approach to equality, diversity and inclusion. She has done this through a mix of consultancy, diversity audits, e-learning and practical training workshops for everyone from the Board of Directors to frontline employees.
Sam has worked with large multi-site national organizations and charities on projects to enhance the customer experience for guests with a disability. Additionally, she has supported smaller businesses to attract and retain the very best employees through diversity and inclusion initiatives.
