Course overview
Our virtual ILM Level 4 course draws on three decades of experience running management training courses and in-house development programs across the public, private and charitable sectors. We are an Institute of Leadership and Management Approved Centre. You’ll leave the course with a deep understanding of how to manage D&I in your organization.

One-to-one & webinars
The course leader will provide one-to-one support through pre- and post-course coaching calls, and the delivery of the training will be via webinar sessions.
In addition, you will have ongoing support and idea-sharing through our new online community platform with the other delegates and the EW Group team.
