Ali Hannon is a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist with an immersive approach to training and consultancy, focused on participative learning and creating safe spaces in which delegates can discuss and explore sensitive topics and gain a deeper understanding.
With extensive experience delivering training on topics such as unconscious bias, LGBTQ+ Awareness and inclusive leadership, Ali has delivered EDI training and consultancy for a range of clients including the British Film Institute, Guardian News and Media, Imperial College London, Innovia Technology, Society of Authors and a number of universities.
Ali’s approach blends skills developed over ten years performing and teaching improvised comedy, alongside their established track record of creating multinational executive communications in the corporate sector. Ali has extensive experience supporting senior executives on their diversity and inclusion strategy and has led internal communications for both American Express and EDF.
